My first blog post !

I’m nervous and excited 🙂

I really want to use this forum, as a way for us to talk about topics that are top of mind for YOU, my subscribers and Customers.

Honesty and transparency are just a couple of my core values – I have always lived by the statement: “if you don’t want to know my honest answer, don’t ask me the question.” I am not one to add fluff or dance around a topic – I WILL tell you what I think.  How in the world can you build trust with people, if you aren’t honest?

Those who have worked with me in the past, in Real Estate or in my previous life in corporate America, will agree that I will not say something just to get a sale, or because I think it’s what you want to hear – it’s just not my style.
