We purchased our home from a builder and had an issue with an item. Mary, on our behalf tried to
negotiate with the builder to correct the problem. The builder did not correct it, however Mary was
very supportive for us.

As we are from out of the country she provided assistance in clarifying U.S. and Florida regulations
in regards to real estate. Any questions we had, real estate or other, if she was not able to answer Mary would find it or direct us to the resource. She went the extra mile to help us.
